Returns & Exchanges Policy
At PARKER STYLE INC, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help make the return or exchange process as simple as possible.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Return request is made within 14 days of delivery
- Items are unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Items are returned with original packaging and tags attached
- Proof of purchase or order number is provided
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned after the return period has expired
- Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team:

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
If you need an exchange for the same item in a different size or color (if available), please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos. We will prioritize resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
